As I said I keep a spend diary of everything I spend and I have noticed that the majority of what I have spent over the last few days is not planned stuff which falls into a category easily...

My spend diary looks like this -

Returned some PJ's I bought for my sis's birthday (planning ahead) which wouldnt have fit. £5 in

Gift bag and wrapping £4.07 out
ribbon £0.32p out
Bodycare (shower gel/shampoo etc) £6.40 out
Bus fares (to sewing classes) £2.85 out
Eyelet maker (from ebay,for craft making and ongoing money saving, I am going to make my own gift bags in the future). £3.00 out
Fabric x 2 (need to buy at the time of stockist having it as cant guarentee that it will still be available when actually nearing start of next project). £19.50
Insoles (for work shoes) £3.99 out
Wilco's (can opener and new pad) £1.19
Iceland £5.90 shopping
x 2 glass nail files (mine was broke moving and starting a hamper for my sis for xmas).
Lush (facewash) £5.25

I can't seem to plan for the majority of these ....
