Yep...a bunch of useless 9-5'ers who couldn't care less about their clients, and even less about those that are after all the people who pay their wages.
In their defence tho, they do have to put up with some serious abuse from some of the claimants...I've been in the offices and witnessed it myself. Mind you, you have to ask yourself if the abuse is fired up by the built in ignorance of (some of) the clientS or the attitude of the staff towards them.

I'm absolutely stunned that you managed to get thru to them once a week let alone twice a day!!! I had their number on speed dial once and the record was 2 hours + to even get thru to the switchboard, let alone the LHA/HB office. :mad:0
