Address for HSBC hardship case

Could anyone help me with the address for HSBC when applying for financial hardship on back charges.

Any help would be much appreciated.

HSBC PLC
Service Quality Team

Just going through papers from HSBC and thought i would let you know that I was also contacted by their Central Underwriting Team after my last failed attempt and the phone number for them is 08456019603 address is Central Underwriting Unit Sheffield , 7th floor , City Plaza , Sheffield S12XG.

I also tried to call them today and the nice lady at the end of the line cut me off as soon as i mentioned 'reclaiming bank charges' and that was after a 20 minute wait to get through :mad:

Hi there.

Does anyone know if this is still the correct address for HSBC financial hardship correspondence? I can't find an=y evidence online from the last 12months that they still have one!
