Hi,
could you, kind viewers, give me your take on what is the best way forward,
We have found a home which we would like to put an offer on.
This house is worth £140000 Our own ex council house is worth between £90000 and £100000. Our outstanding balance on our current home is £49000
we would like to have some money in our pockets on completion of the sale and would appreciate your comments and suggestions on the best way forward.
thankyou.
