Paypal to pay ebay purchases

I only use paypal to pay for my ebay purchases. I check my paypal account and noticed this. Please what does this means as I have nver put any money in my paypal account. Where the money came from or the dual currency display?
If its where the money came from is there nothing in the 'account activity' section to explain it? A refund from a purchase or a purchase in which the moneys been allocated but not yet taken prehaps?It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.
