I am on disability and my boyfriend wants to move in with me and just wondered if there was anyone out there in the same situation, will we be worse off financially and what else will happen, he's in full time work, and as I say I'm on benefits, any help will be appreciated

Do you mean Disability Living Allowance? Do you receive Income Support, or just Incapacity Benefit?
What about Housing Benefit and Council Tax Benefit?
