Virgin Card, what credit crunch

Just got accepted for a Virgin card at 12.9k limit so thats another 12k in the stoozing pot for 15 months,though I was somewhat surprised to get that limit as I already have an MBNA BMI card with 15k limit and they haven't lowered it, seems like MBNA haven't heard of the Credit crunch yet.

I hope you took the full £12,225 (95%)?

Wouldn't they move some of the BMI credit limit over, or do you have an existing (large) stoozing balance on there?

Yep full 95% moved over. Think I may try speaking to another CS person as the first wasn't interested in the fact I had the other card. My stoozing is finished with the BMI card so it would be good if I could move the credit limit over. If not it's time to close & I'll make the Tesco card my next target 0% 14 months and a 2.9% fee.

You should be able to consolidate your credit limits easy enough.

They do normally do this, so its definitely worth calling back and hoping for a friendlier CSA.
