urgent - plumber or electrician?

I'm staying overnight at at a relative's while they are on holiday. I just got a cracking electric shock off the shower. It's one of those ones with extra jets and lots of knobs to control them. As far as I can tell the overhead shower head and the top control knob are live when the shower is running! The heat control and on/off one's aren't. I didn't touch any of the others after that!
Obviously we need to get someone in ASAP, but do I call a spark or a plumber, or both?! I'd rather not pay Sunday call out charges, are we safe to just ignore it tonight, and not use that bathroom, or do I need to turn the electric off? I've used the kitchen sink and another bathroom sink a few times, and not had a shock off them (so far). There's only me and OH here, no children or anyone who might touch stuff they shouldn't for a night.

When I had my loft converted back into a loft, the neighbours came around and scoffed, and called me retro.

Isolate the circuit straight away and turn that section off via the fuse box(lights, ground and first floor electrics often have seperate routes). You should still be able to use the bath. I would also try to locate their home insurance details this may be a means of summoning immediate help - just not sure that the insurance company will deal with anyone other than the policy holder. You need a sparky pronto.Value-for-money-for-me-puhleeze!

Sorry I should have said, it's not an electric shower, just a thermostatic mixer (as far as I know). It's all inside the wall IYSWIM so I can't see where the pipes go, but there's no switch for it or anything. There is a boiler downstairs for instant hot water and another one for the heating.
I don't know what ciruit to isolate, just all of the upstairs?
So it's an electrician we call then? I wouldn't have a clue where to look for the insurance info. When I had my loft converted back into a loft, the neighbours came around and scoffed, and called me retro.0
