a small plastering job. what do I pay.

Options
hi,

I've got a small skim job that needs doing. 3 rooms, hall, stairs and landing.

existing plaster good, but needs finishing to a standard I can paint.

I'd be grateful if anyone can tell me what a reasonable rate for this job (per sq.m) should be.

many thanks.

You may find that some plasterers dont work to the sq meter price rate. They may have a fixed price per room ie, 4 x 4 room is £275-£300 (ceiling is extra) and it also depends on where you live aswell. And H/S/L's are usually about £500. Imho £10 is on the little high side as a 4 x 4 room works out at £384.
