    Express Holiday Inn? we're staying at the Greenwich one next week.... 3 nights £188. Direct on their site. Might be others nearer to your desired location. Also some premier inns were coming in quite cheap when we were looking... worth a nosey but rooms are v plain!!!

    OP had a budget... for thatprice, earls court was the best option... covent garden is a tube ride away.

    also rates to go is a last minute booking service so u can book hotels on the day u need them...

    btw i dont smoke.
