Argh, scuppered on day 1! I was planning a night out so thought as it's not an NSD I'll let myself spend something at lunchtime. Now I've cancelled the night out cos I'm tired but it won't be an NSD even though I'm staying in. Grrrrrrrrr! Oh well, 29 more days left to try it. How's everyone else doing in this shiny new month?

Just got in from an extra 5 hours work with one of my clients and intending to not set foot outside the door again til tomorrow so day 1 of the month = 1 NSD for me.

Well done to the rest of you - its a shiny new month so go for it!

Well done everyone so who has managed a NSD today.

I am afraid i didn't as had to get bus to work, give money to biscuit fund, buy a magazine to read over lunch next few days and sponsor a lady at work for a walk.

But shouldn't have to spend anything else this week so should get 4 in a row now

Wow - Day One of the Challenge and already we have 5 pages! Today was an NSD for me which is a great start! Haven't even felt the need to go to the shops! x
