In the article, which wine was recommended to accompany Chinese & Thai food?

    a) J.R.R Tolkien’s Chablis 1928
    b) J.L. Wolf’s Pinot Gris 2007 :D
    c) Virginia Wolf’s Bordeaux 1960
    d) Virgin Mary’s Muscat 2008

For Thai and Chinese food, J.L. Wolf’s Pinot Gris 2007 (£9.69) simply can’t be beaten in terms of quality and value. From the renowned Pfalz region of northern Germany, it is a little more refined than the Riesling, with a delicate sweetness that takes the sting out of light, spicy dishes while enhancing some of the more interesting flavours.
