Transfering From Zen Touch To Zen Vision W

Hi
I wondered if anyone could help, I have a Zen Touch which no longer docks to my PC - I have been told that this is something to do with the conflicts on XP and Zen's software. I have now bought a Zen Vision W and I wondered if there was a way which I could transfer the Zen Touch stuff to the Zen Vision W without having to go via the PC?
