Woohoo, i'm glad the comp ending threads are gone! The addicted part of me thinks "oh no i might miss something" lol but the community part of me knows that hopefully this will make the forum a friendlier place as i have seen it get more hostile with the comps ending lists in recent months.

I'll raise a drink to a that!

Just to let everone know about the comp ending threads.

I was away for most of august, and I have come back to the arguments that have been going on. All the board guides will be discussing it in the next couple of days, and we will then come to a decision about the comp ending thread. I have given computertec permission to post for today only. No other comps ending threads will be allowed until a decision has been made.

I thought the situation was working well, when people followed the rules of posting them how they should of. But they were getting earlier and earlier again.

It will be discussed and the outcome posted on here.

Hmm, I don't know about you guys, but I'm struggling to find all of the competitions using this system.
Yes, you may be thinking that I've got an easy ride using the "Comps Ending" threads each day - but I've only been comping for a few weeks and it's still all very new to me.
Anyway, I know that the comps will have different formats of date at the start, and I was just wondering, what is the fastest way to find all the competitions ending the next day?
I read in the Compers Guide that it does get faster as you get used to it, but do you have any quick tips regular compers?
