I wonder if maybe we could have a smiley for asking people to change the end date if they post it in the wrong format? As they seem to go down better than words, which can be taken in the wrong way sometimes! I think it was Cheeky Chicken that made the really good smilies before! :T
I'd offer to make one myself but I wouldn't know where to start! :rotfl:
Edit: I wonder if there was a smiley if it could be linked to the sticky? I'm not sure if it's possible or anything, but like you could click on the smiley and it would open the sticky about end dates?

That's brill! Don't know how you do them. :T
Might be an idea though to include an example of the formatEleventh Heaven No. 321

Only 39 pages per board guide:D
You'd say, from this date, this is the new format. Can everyone go and change their own comps. Then tidy up, any keft, afterwards.
kipper would be in serious piles of comps:rotfl:
But the format would be tooooooo hard for some to grasp.
we did try the above format but people found it very hard to read.
and make that more pages per board guide as im not going through and doing them again EVER :rotfl:0 -
i would suggest maybe not say title, but end date format as peeps may think we're talking about they way they've worded the prize etc0

I made it so that if you clicked it took you to the end date sticky. Will have another go though - there's a limit to what you can fit on a smiley!Al Mac Appreciation Society (AMAS) member # 6½

I've been formatting the pages to group comps together for a few weeks now, even when there was 2 or 3 groups of comps due to formatting it was still relatively easy to use. Having them all the same format makes it even better, and I don't think its 'hard' to find what you are looking for either....
I personally don't think we need comp ending lists if everyone sticks to the posting format, and after all the fuss they have caused I for one will be glad to see the back of them, although saying that I think that the BGs are in a hard placed, damned if they do, damned if they don't.0 -
