FTP Client? Recommendations

have purchased some web hosting with godaddy.com. now I need to find a way to put some content up to the website so need a FTP lclient, can anyone recommend a good client to use?

I've used Cyberduck on the Mac without any problems, though you don't say what OS you're using.
