Hi Everyone, My uncle recently got a computer from his job which was connected to a server, it has a 2.4ghz pentium and 512mb ram but only has a hard drive of 5gb with Vista installed on it. Actually, free hard drive space can have an effect on system speed. If windows is unable to create its huge pagefile, then the RAM is unsupplemented and things run slowly.

I would download Western Digital Data Lifeguard Tools and then connect the blank hard drive (Very easy to do). Then boot up off the old one and use the program to clone the old onto the new.
