A big thank you to everyone that made last night such an enormously enjoyable evening;  some parts may have slipped from my conscious memory but that's sometimes a very good thing. Special thanks to Dalip for all the effort she put, and what can I say about Wdiag?

There are times in your life when something sticks in your mind for it's beauty and pure enjoyment; that is exactly how I felt listening to Wdiag sing. I don't think of myself as being an emotive person, but she certainly brought a lump to my throat last. It was a privilege, thank you againg Wdiag.:A :A

My heart and head are telling me an alcohol free evening would be a good idea, but my hands are just about to uncork a bottle of red.

    Hi All

Brill time been had, and everyones soooooooo great friendly...Rich S was caught sneaking in his own voddie but lovley guy that he is he sweet talked Naomi the waitress and got away with it,,,we were told of as there was a rumour going round Dalip was going to sing, WDIAG sang us a couple of beautiful songs and a good time was had by all...

Was sad to have to leave but was an excellent night, good job we didnt stay another night think it woud have been mayhem and us being chucked out.

Im off to have a kip....need to recover will post again later and see the other versions of the happenings at the 3 Pears lol

    Bye for now

    Anne

    Hi Anne,

The funny thing about that was that she took away the two empty bottles of wine we'd drunk without realising that they weren't a "vintage" stocked by the bar.

The bar manager was telling me how some cheeky begger had asked him for a couple of wine glassses to drink their own tipple and he'd obviously forgotten that it was me that'd asked for them.:rotfl::rotfl:With such as easily forgettable face I should maybe apply to MI5 for a job.:D

Really great to meet you and your O.H, and hope everything goes to plan this week, or at least by the end of the month.

    Hi Folks,

We are back home after a brief coffee stop at Angels :D

Fantastic day!! It was wonderful to meet you all and so refreshing that everybody's personalities were exactly the same as online. Can't wait for the next one, hope more people will be able to attend but there's NO way I'm waiting another year!!

Thanks to Dalip for all her hard work organising us all.

Many thanks to Angel and Dez for inviting us to stay over the night before, it would've been a really long day otherwise. Your hospitality was a lovely gesture :D

Big Bro, you are now officially adopted!! Still can't believe you're so tall:eek:

Thank you all so much for a wonderful time, as Bat said it was way too short and we vote that next time we make it a full weekend :D

    Love and Hugs

Definatly too short a time and we need to try and meet again sooner rather than later.

Red he is soooooooo tall, but is such a wonderful big ol' bear.

Bat give that very patient, very understanding OH of yours a hug from me, she deserves it.
