I need some advice please.
I am a student and I receive help for my childcare costs. I have just checked the student finance website and a letter has been sent to me under correspondence, entitled Grant In Course Recovery. I sent back the childcare from proving childcare costs last week. Now I think this letter must be stating I owe them money. Thing is everything that have given me for childcare has gone to the childminder and now I am worried that they will want back money I have paid her. I have the receipts to prove the payments I have made and I have checked the forms they had sent me when she inputted the figures and they were correct (or possibly she made a mistake hence this problem)- so now I am mega worried until this letter turns up next week. Will I be able to challenge their decision if they say I owe them money (as I clearly dont as I have the receipts proving the total cost and therefore that the 85% they have given me is the correct amount)
