I picked up one of these in the spring when they were on sale for £179 or thereabouts.
Returned it same day as picture was awful and when you played a DVD, the player interfered with the screen causing horizontal bars.
Also unimpressed with the whole feel of the thing and poor build quality.
Apparently it was a common fault according to the chap at Asda and quite a few had come back.
Paid £250 for the Tesco one instead and it is a million times better.
Not sure I would buy this even at the reduced price - cheap and nasty!0
