Buy again or rent?

Hi all, new to this. We have an investment buyer for our home and although he is paying under market value, we will come out with approx 87k. Do we buy again or is it advisable to rent for say a year until prices settle? My gut instinct is saying rent, but what does everyone think?? Help!!

    Im not convinceed.

Where abouts in the UK are you , are you downsizing?

87k can buy a variety of properties for cash- this is clearly the superior choice, as long as your buying is very savvy.

In saying that Id probably go into rented for 6 months, watch as prices fall yet further, and steam in when you can buy for cash. Check out auctions as well, there are some cracking properties going unsold at historically very low rates.
 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
    This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast
