    afternoon!

Glad it went well Sar - I wish I'd been nearer , I'd have come along! :(

God, it's muggy here today. The heavens opened around 8 and now it's dull, very misty and really hot and humid. I was all sticky and yukky after walking Charlie.

The Red Arrows wooshed over the tops of the houses a few minutes ago in 2 formations - really low!

a slow day in the Tesco press office if this is all they can scrape together to put out.........

    better news would have been

'the do-gooders at Plain English think our signs are wrong - we don't think they need changing as they've been used for years and nobody has complained and the cost will be huge. Instead we'll the use the money we would have spent on reducing bread by 5p a loaf for the next week'

(rather than us paying for the signs by them sticking 5p on each loaf and calling it a rise in grain prices  )

    Hello all!

Glad I was out all yesterday with no MSE forum!
Went to Bingley Music Live with my sis to see
    The Infadels
    The Delays
    The Automatic
    Scouting For Girls
Happy Mondays (who were crap because Shaun Ryder was off his face!)

and all for £12.50 a ticket (very MSE!)

Great weather and a good day although I got home with a vicious headache and had to go straight to bed before my head exploded.
I had a cider while I was at the gig, I think it was that. (I don't metabolise alcohol like normal people so I can only have minimal amounts)
    ...Linda xx
It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.
