cleaning of the os and reinstall means the shop , or tech , were imo clueless it was hardware related from the off.Have you tried turning it off and on again?0 -
Overheating of the processor is very likely and if this is the reason for the rebooting the cause will probably be a failed fan on the processor heatsink. To check just open the case so you can see the circuit boards and find the large metal piece sticking out from the largest circuit board and check that the fan starts when you switch the pc on.Looking to set up a website.
