Just a quick note of support, Fermi is right ( as always ) doorsteppers are only working for the DCA parasites because they got sacked from their kitten-killing job!!! They have no rights at all as they are NOT Court Appointed.

we have more rights than any DCA likes to admit, get the dmp sorted and take Fermis advice and tell them to go away using short, jerky movements.

Pepe, just back from 10 hours driving and itching for a fight! Find me a little debt-collector now!!!!
    :D:D stay wonky :D:D

....one-way ticket to Portugal booked !
  • Hi

I would think that your payments to Moorcroft should be covered under your DMP in which case Moorcroft should not be calling at your home so as Fermi says - tell em to bog off. They have no legal rights although they like to think they do.

I'm on a DMP with CCCS at the moment and one of my creditors is refusing to accept it after 8 months. They have threatened all sorts and I'm just letting them get on with it as I can't give them any more. If it goes to court then hopefully the judge will rule in my favour.

Don't let these bullies grind you down.
