Gas & Elect without commitment

I have just bought my husband out of the marital home and will be renovating the house over the next 2 months before letting it out.

Can anyone guide me as to how I can get gas and electric supplied without committing myself to a years contract. I need both whilst renovations are ongoing and then I will change to pre-payment meters as I do not want tenants leaving me with an unpaid bill. It is also a condition of the insurance that the heating is left on until it is occupied.

  • Try Equigas and Equipower

Its the same price for pre-payment DD etc you can have cheap utilities by having your pre-payment meters now there is no difference in costs. Check the tariffs they are very competative.

The bonus is that you can pass cheap utility bills onto your tennants without any hassle.
