NOW SOLVED!!
I have just purchased Microsoft Office and have switched over from Outlook Express to Outlook as my default e-mail service.
At present I have "e-mail - Outlook Express" on my Start Menu.
I wish to delete this from the start menu and replace it with "e-mail - Outlook" - how can this be achieved?

Go to Outlook 2003 in Start - Programs, right-click the menu item and click 'Pin to Start Menu'.
You can delete items from the Start menu by right-clicking the item and clicking 'Remove from this list'.
Or see my reply #5 in your other thread and put the shortcut on the Quick Launch toolbar.0
