Getting 0% cash of credit card

Will this work?
I want to get 0% cash off a new credit card. The T&C's say no money transfers, O% is only applicable to purchases.
What about me selling something I already own on Ebay for £5k and then me paying myself for it on my credit card?
Does anyone know why this wouldn't fit in with the T&C's??

I think that'd be bordering on money laundering......
you might get flagged up and investigated if you do something like that
and think of the ebay fees on £5k!0 -
Also you'll be charged a fee to receive the CC funds - Paypal charge 3.4%0
