I filed a cliam online againt's cahoot (mcol) in regards to reclaiming my bank charges. Today however I received a letter from abbey telling me that they will file a defence to the court in 28 days on the grounds of the test case. What is my next step, do i withdraw my claim or go with the flow by doing nothing ??. If it dose end up in court what will happen? would the judge just stay the case. If I lose what would I have to pay to the court. Is it a good idea to send a list of charges to the court?
Any advice would be much appreciated.

Been a while since i did a few claims within MCOL aswell.
How long from when u filed the case does it give the bank to file a defence etc? Follow what MCOL says not what the bank says. there just trying to buy some time with you but dont let them
Also continue with the claim within MCOL and dont withdraw anything.0
