Problem with Outlook Express Spell Check

A few weeks ago I installed Microsoft Office 2007 into a new Toshiba Laptop running Vista, everything OK but also updated my old 5 year old Dell PC running XP which had Office 2003 installed.
Since installing Office 2007 to the PC Outlook express spell check wont work properly, the spell check is on a different language?
Spell Check in Word 2007 is OK.
The only place I can find with language settings is in Word 2007 but its already set at English.

Any ideas how to correct this problem?

Have now downloaded a free spell checker and it seems to work. Here is the link should anyone else have this problem.
