Just a thought.
I have chosen to move from EDF online V4 to Scottish Power fixed 2009 from 1/8/08 prices not the ones after 5/8/08. These are 7.5P PER KWH for electric more expensivce but I thought of piece of mind for the year.
I did not stop to think of what after the fixed period. Energy companies will be less likely to have comparible rates to that I have had with EDF for the last 18months.
Once you leave a tariff you cannot go back and it is unlikely that a cheapr one will be available.
