    That's good advice!

There are a few websites out there which can get you multiple quotes from local EPC providers without sending your contact details to all and sundry, xxxxx is one. Use your estate agent to market your house and an EPC provider to produce your EPC!

(Disclaimer - I'm involved with this website so would recommend it, but alternatively look in the yellow pages and you'll be able to find local EPC providers yourself.)
Erm , you are at least being honest about your personal link but you should check the forum rules on referring/business self promotion ( see that green bar up at the top:smiley:)

I know that this is an old thread but there is a new company who offer EPC's for £49.99 fast energy certificates . co .uk - any body interested could try them

Forum "grave digging" followed by promoting a specific company name with in your post generally suggests an attempt at a spot of self- advertising. Any connection to the company in question?

I've been looking online to get an EPC done as our house is going to be going on the market this week. I've seen proces as low as £24.95 . Has anyone used one of these companies and are they fine to use? (you can find a host of these by just searching for 'energy performance certificate' on Google.
    Cheers.
