Just spoke to accountant and because we can't verify he says to speak to solicitor monday.They may have a set amount per day....it's doing my head in now.Honesty isn't the best policy though I'm beginning to learn that.0

That's crackers - they must be able to do a daily rate - they can't penalise you cos you weren't working before - you're not claiming for that! You were working (or would've been if it hadn't been for the accident - so surely they can take some average earnings from when you were working??

nothing ever simple is it eh! In these cases honesty is the best policy, esp as co's cracking down on fraud! Hi everyone..RE: the accident I was also thinking of asking if they do a daily rate as well but won't know anything until after the weekend but will keep you all posted!!!
Did ok on the taxi today and have just come home.
The best news of all is that DD1 the mother of my DGS won over £4k last night on the euro millions..she got 4 numbers plus two stars(whatever they are called) so well done to her.I'm so happy for her.
