    Hi,

I would like to join in but am a little lost with all the posts and not being able to catch up often.

Can anyone kindly give me a brief summary of how to go about this and good sites to use? Also, I am with Rpoints and do click throughs but does Quidco allow this? I couldnt see it on their site!?!

    Sorry to be a pain!

I've sold another book on Amazon so that'll be another £8.43 winging it's way by slow pigeon post, has anyone else noticed how slow Amazon are at paying? I won't be adding it until it lands in my account, because that's how I'm doing this challenge. I've also sold another ebay item for £4.49 so'll add that now.

  • Found a taxi receipt for a fiver that I would have otherwise forgotten to claim back, so I'm counting that. Old filing system (screwed up receipts in handbag) has now been replaced with brand spanking new folder, so I should never forget another receipt again.:D

Apart from that not much going on in Sailorgirl's world - revived my mutual points account but it'll be about 10 years before I click enough to cash in, so that won't help this challenge!

Well done Jenjade. You should be really, really proud of yourself and are an inspiration to many of us who have just started trying to get out of debt.

I have found most success to date (only be working at this for 2 weeks) on a site called We Promise To - currently up to £49.54 - although this won't be paid til 1st October so can't go on September's challenge. I'm finding Pigsback a little slow as there aren't so many things to win points on there ( have £7.90 and can't get beyond that for past 3 days). I'm not spending money (ie not getting cash back through buying things).
What about other people? If you are new and want to sign on one of these cashback sites do someone else a favour and ask them to refer you because they get "cashback" on your referral.

    ok list updated welcome newbies.

ive done a wee list on the first page for ideas on how to raise money i.e amazon, play, ebay, quidco, uyi board, survey sites etc so if anyone has anything they think i shoulld add to it please let me know.

lucy its better to ask if your not sure there are plently people on here who will help out.
i think you can do both rpoints and quidco, i dont use rpoints so can't be 100% sure but dont think it would be a problem.

    Ciara thanks for this!

Ciara - Do you remember when a whole bunch of us did some random online survey that said you would get vouchers (a couple of months ago) and it took forever to do and you had to keep refreshing the pages? Did you ever get any? I have not had a bean!

theres a huge thread on this in the freebies (i'll go find it)
ended up having to email the main guy from the company and then they sent the vouchers. but they did turn up.

ok i cant find the thread anymore but if you email Tim on and tell him the voucher hasn't come and what company you did the survey through he should send it. it was Horace who found the details i think. looks like they're only sending them to the ones who email how rotten of them! that survey was awful!

Pants - I can't remember which company I found it on - who was it for you? I have a funny feeling it was ipoints or pigsback or something like that?
