Well I have found myself with some debt (over my overdraft limit which has now been temporarily extended:j ). So today, I found 20p hidden in some papers that were dumped on the table. I found a pound coin in my pocket that I had forgotten about and managed to buy 2 loaves for £2 so I think I have made some money there too (4 halves are in my freezer).:j
  • Just £1 here today so far... from a couple of surveys.
  • Done a survey for 75p and saved £2.30 buying a ticket for the knitting and stitching show next month on ebay. Always go, but never thought to look there for tickets before. I'm actually going on my birthday this year, so will have my birthday money to spend :-)
Went on motorbike last year which drasticly limited what I could buy, so I think this year I will let the train take the strain.

  • Hi all,
So far not doing very well at all with this challenge! I don't even think I'm going to break my first £10!! Does saving money on something count? E.g I bought a jumper for my bother for christmas which was reduced from £25 to £12.50?? I probably wouldn't have paid £25 for it though...? So does that count? I'm needing ideas...what are you lot all doing to get this much so early in the month! I have made nothing! In fact I wasted £10 on bingo last night!!!! Grrrr angry at myself for that now!
    Im hopelesssssssssssss

  • Thanks Ciara I will try the survey sites, as I hear alot of people talk about them but never try them for myself, as I am not very optimistic about it!! But I will give it ago and update here when I have some good news.
I have ebayed alot of stuff last month...my wardrobe is lovely and roomy now!! But I still have some more stuff I can put up. I will do that at the weekend and get into gear.

Andy 'poncine' is a great survey site, but illusive to join as you cannot just register you normally have to look for a banner, but I have been asked by the survey comp to refer male applicants - so if you want to register then just pm me (I dont get anything for referring, but it took me months to get on this site so happy to help others).

    Secondly - CONGRATULATIONS JENJADE:T:T:T
