Well we tried to pay a friend £20 as a thank you for hanging some doors for us yesterday but they refused - so I'm counting that.

Today I tried to give MIL £15 we owed her and she refused so another £35 up!

    Great start to the month!:j

Been a while coming, and its was for two phones!

Only have ebay and clicks to relay on for the rest of the month!

Has anyone else got a co-op card for dividends? They pay out twice a year on 'profit share' basis - but you can use it for any of the co-op services.

Adds up over the year. I got £25.00 back this summer - direct to my bank account. Heres the link if your interested:

    www.co-operative.coop

you can use it for holidays, insurance, banking or just for your cigs and newspaper - it all adds up!

I pop into the local co-op for bread etc every now and again and saw these cards advertised but didn't know if it was worth it but I guess every little helps.... I'll have a look at the website.

Mystery Shop done tonight - hopefully another £10 ish at the end of the month, and the one I did on Saturday has been checked and is fine so I can do more for retail eyes now too :T.

  • Not much progress today, apart from clicking a few things.
However, I'm playing a long shot - have asked work for payrise (found some evidence that I could earn more for doing the same job at a competitor) - we'll see whether they laugh in my face...nothing ventured and all that!

I might be asking for a payrise too - my boss was given a promotion, and got a payrise, and now I pick up more of his previous job as well as my own job, so he gets more responsibility and more pay. I just get the bits of his job he doesn't like and no more pay. How unfair.
