I think that rather than saying "I was wondering ...." , I would probably put - "Unfortunately only part of the prize has arrived" because it sounds stronger but it's still polite.

Then you could go on to ask "Will the caps, sunglasses and loads more be sent seperately?"

Ive sent it -I should have waited for lilias post lol, it would have sounded better if I'd put it like that. I don't want to sound ungrateful, but I would have been very happy if the prize was just shoes and tee's and described that way - but it was described as much more so we'll see if I get a reply.
