Standalone scroll-wheel

I'm thinking of buying one of these trackballs, as I have RSI and found them particularly ergonomic when I had a quick play in a shop:

The thing is, I don't think it has a scroll-wheel built in. Is there anywhere that i can get a big, separate scroll-wheel? Or maybe one for horizontal scrolling and one for vertical?
I've looked *everywhere* but haven't had any joy so far! Thanks so much for any suggestions :-)

Hmmm... I guess they don't exist, then.
I wonder if there's any way I could buy some other kind of control wheel and adapt it... Maybe wire it up to the serial port and get some software to translate the input into mouse scrolling...
Has anyone else tried this or something similar?0
