Rusty knives???

Hi,
Ive just had a new kitchen with a dishwasher i bought a new set of anthony worral thomson knives that have gone rusty within 2 weeks, but the strange thing is my usual cutlery that is 5 years old and also stainless steel has started to go rusty.
Does the dishwasher do this im useing fairy tablets, salt, rinseaid, just seems strange.
Any advice apreciated.

that only happened to me once, when i forgot to screw the lid back on the salt thingy inside the dishwasher.Debt free since July 2013! Woo hoo! The bank actually laughed when I said I have come in to cancel my overdraft.0
