It seems that the CC company ill advised me when I queried the interest charge. From what he said we were paying interest on the amount I had paid off, not just the purchases on that statement.

I know that £11 isn't that much, just had a lean month and didn't mind paring interest on that amount, didn't realise that it was all the purchases too.

One lives and learns.
