Has anyone done any serious thinking about using Halifax International Regular Saver to save £2000 a month in theior fixed rate term?
I think this was discussed previously with the conclusion being that there were no problems with this.
Has anyone actually used this themselves and is there anything which people should be minudful about?

Hello all,
just finished applying online for the Halifax Regular Saving. However, I need to verify my documents from the following list:
• Director, officer or manager of a regulated financial
services business
• Official of an embassy, consulate or
high commission of the country issuing
your passport
• Member of the judiciary
• Serving police or customs officer
• Lawyer or notary public
• Actuary
• Accountant with a recognised professional
qualification
• Senior civil servant
How on earth do people know the above?0 -

Haha I do try.
Ask friends or family if they know anyone, usually that works.0 -
go to a branch of HBOS and get them to certify it
(they should be happy to do so)0 -
I used to be able to sign these things off because I have a degree (therefore classed as a professional), also can't doctors sign these types of documents?0
