  • The next time you see the poor thing, take it to your house and then to the Cat Protection and say you've found it. Then call the RSPCA and report her.
  • Or if you're worried you'll get found out, get another neighbour or someone you know who lives close by to take the kitten to the Cat Protection.
  • I don't think cats protection or RSPCA are heavy handed at all at this stage! This girl needs to be stopped from owning animals if this is the way she treats them. How sad for the animals :(
  • i would call the rspca but dont hold your breath for then doing anything effective! In my experience if the animal is being fed and watered then they are happy! - i would also take it somewhere as a found stray out of your area as it is in the cats interest and thats what is most important.
