Help choosing a business bank account

Hi everyone
I'm looking for some advice on opening a business bank account for a creative arts compnay I have just set up.
I need an account that doesn't charge to heavily on cheques as we take a lot of cheque payments as well as the usual BACS. Being a performing arts company we also spend a chunk of our money on productions before we take any income so a bank with a reasonable overdraft facilty might be a good option.
Any advice would be apprecited
Vicki

HSBC are currently offerring 18 months FREE banking on some of their business tariffs. And if you have friends and you recommend them to HSBC for a business account-even if they have one elsewhere and they switch over, you may £50 under the ''Member Get Member'' scheme running at the moment.
Every branch has it's own dedicated Business Specialist (at least one or more in every branch-and furthermore each branch will have a dedicated business till to help speed up your day-after all, time is money) Business Specialists are specifically trained to deal with business enquries and there is a dedicated Business Centre on call to help you on the phone.
Dependent on the expected turnover of your business/or going forward should you have significant growth of your company to no longer be classed as a small business-you could have your own relationship manager assigned to you. However, the branch Business Specialists are all experienced individuals who are classed as management and can look after you.
Look at this link-hope this helps.
