Advcie On Postage To Usa After Several Questions Form Potential Buyer

My partner has listed a Louis Viuitton vest top that she purchased from their own shop in Paris.I have been sent the message shown below:
[FONT=Arial, Verdana]Is this "authentic"(real) Louis Vuitton or "replica"(fake)? What is the shipping cost to the US to zipcode 77082 with INSURANCE? Will it have a custom tax? How long before it gets here?"[/FONT]
Now I know its authentic so thats covered,and I know how to find out the shipping cost to US but im struggling on the other two questions???
How do I work out the insurance cost as I dont know how much it is likely to sell for??
Also never shipped to US so have no idea of time??
Would appreciate some advice as have never been asked about insurance or shipping time before.
