Hugs Luc, I had a bleed at about 16 weeks too, I was told that so long as there is no pain and there isn't a big quantity of blood it's 99 times out of 100 nothing at all. But it is a great excuse to get another scan in :)

How are you feeling yourself Toto? You're about into the final countdown stages aren't you?

wanted to update you all with my swimming lessons escapade!

It was FABULOUS!!!!! I loved it, loved it, loved it!!! i wanna do it again.......

    today!!

To give some background to anyone that missed it, i can swim but not very fast or effectively, and can now be outswam by Erin at 7.5years... admittedly she is very good for her age... and Big G swims like a fish too, so i was feeling left behind......

I signed up for "people who can swim a little bit and aren't !!!!!! scared of the water adults class" - first session last night, for 7 weeks.

I was hoping to improve my strokes in general but mostly learn to be able to submerge my face and breathe......

the teacher was ace, she was plain and average looking (not some leggy norweigen babe, phew!), the class was small, 5 people... there were 2 marions (what are the odds!!?) (FYI - marion is my sunday name) so i said for simplicity please call me Maz, that made me feel very at ease, as all my fave peeps call me Maz....

We practiced breast stroke with face in the water, i had remembered goggles but didn't get a noseclip yet. I was swimming widths, and later on lengths with a really good push n glide face in, and coming up for air, going back down like crazy!! it was ace! so liberating!!!! To be honest, my arms n legs were all over the place i think, as i was concentrating on my breathing mostly... but i felt like i made so much progress!!!

YAY me!! i feel like a right proper swimmer! a long way to go, but i feel great!

I actually fell on my bum in the showers, noone saw thank goodness! but i have a mahoosive bruise on my not inconsiderable thigh! ouch!
I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....

Len & Mrs Len - Congratulations (guess new baby len will be due around same time as LB (mid april)!

Luc - finger's crossed the bleeding isn't anything nasty; kudos on the extra scan coming through. You could even try to blag a 'reassuring' picture:D

Sar - good luck for the gig tomorrow. you'll have to post loads of piccies afterwards.

toto - hope those feet are still up and you're still relaxing.

    Hugs to everyone, Cat.x

    Morning all!

Congrats Lenny! Somehow I think I'll be shying away from sex for month or two after this rash of pregnancies!
