DELL PROJECTOR £20!!!

the a refund wouldnt come into the discussion because they are not allowed to take more money off you than the amount you have accepted to pay.
If they did take the full amount off you, you would have a strong case of getting your money back and keeping the products they have sent you ;D
....but they wont accept these orders, they would lose to much (i mean £50-100 loss on a PC, maybe, but a £1150 loss, no chance now they have discovered the error)
I agree with you, but I simply dont understand why Dell would make so much pricing errors lately?
I mean does anyone know how much Dell were selling the projector and the printer before? what were their original price?
And the pricing errors happened on not just 1 item but 2?
Would you guys think that Dell must have made a pricing error on the printer too? cos its £35 delivered. ???0 -

Definately was a mis price as elsewhere on the site it was retailing for £140.Nice to save.0 -
The way I see it...
By ordering, I've offered to pay for the goods at the advertised price...
Now I realise it's nowhere near the correct price, but like any human being I'm willing to have a go..
Now I've not recieved a offer confirmation yet... so no contract has yet been formed between myself and Dell.
If by some chance I do get an order confirmation, then yippe do da! I'll do what needs doing to secure my 'prize'
But up until that point I will simply keep my fingers crossed... but I won't hold my breath.0 -
i tried the links from this thread and cannot see the printer and projector advertised, keeps coming up with an error message, have dell caught on with this??0

Its not the confirmation you need, people have that its the PDF I think which we won't be getting. Lets just move onto the next ::):j :j0 -

as there is no chance of getting 1 is it possible to cancel the order0

Not sure, i think people had trouble cancelling some of the PC offers they had ordered from Dell.
To be honest you may aswell wait until tomorrow, the order will either go through (very unlikely) or Dell will cancel it themselves.
When they come into work tomorrow their system will show that an unual amount of orders have come in (i mean, how many of those projectors do they sell a week, i would reckon a very maximum of about 100, their system will alert them of a couple of thousand orders which they will cancel with the press of a button...)
Worth sticking with it anyway...0 -
ok so it looks like a 99.9999999% chance we WONT get the projectors.. but what about the printers? Same likelyness?0

i don't think we will get these,i ordered a pc an hour ago and have received the pdf already, but have received none for my printer/0
