i want to get a home alarm system and was trying to decide between visonic or yale- can anyone recommend one or the other in particular based on experience or are they both pretty much the same?

I have a Yale alarm that I've extended a lot through picking up bargains on an old range. I've six motion sensors, three door sensors, two keypads and two smoke alarms. Works well, always goes off when I forget to disable the alarm when entering (it beeps once when you come in, so occasionally I forget if busy carrying stuff in). The batteries have last about three years on the outside box - the interior stuff is still working on the originals.0
