Does graphics card meet min. requirements

My wife won a slingbox pro a few weeks ago and I thought it might be useful for watching football etc. on this computer .
checking the computer minimum requirements I need to upgrade the RAM to 1GB, I have searched on this site and it seems fairly straight forward to do (using crucial etc.).
I believe this is the graphics and sound cards on the computer
Unimodem Half-Duplex Audio Device
Vinyl AC'97 Codec Combo Driver (WDM)
They need to be
graphics card 24 bit colour
sound card 16 bit
I have checked various sites but have not found out if they are up to the pc requirements.
Does anyone know?

Neither of those are your graphics card.
The top one's a dialup modem and the bottom one's your sound card.
That sound card will do 16-bit audio no bother, as will pretty much any sound card. More or less any graphics card will do 24-bit colour if it's been made in the last 10 years.They say it's genetic, they say he can't help it, they say you can catch it - but sometimes you're born with it0 -
