skyplayer error code 30

Has anyone else had a problem with error code 30 on Skyplayer? I can play & watch a clip/movie but cannot download to file for saving. I get error 30 every time. Have spoken at length to Sky, they insist it's a firewall somewhere stopping it. I have uninstalled every firewall/spyware/virus programme & done a registry clean all to no avail. Sky have given up, I've had a PC guy who usually sorts all my problems have a look also.

Can anyone help please?
