Double glazing quote - reasonable?

Hello - Moneysaving Newbie here (although I've been lurking for a while). We are plananing to get some double glazing fitted to our little two-up two-down Edwardian terrace - for sound-proofing and insulation. We have had a quote of £1,456 inclusive of VAT for four windows:
one 140cm by 90cm top-opening
one 148 by 88, bottom opening
one little bathroom window, 70 by 36, obscured glass, side opening
One window 145 by 154, with two top opening and one side opening, toughened glass on bottom two panes as it is a low window. This one involves removal of a box sash window, making good (plastering) and new internal window sill.

The windows are Reahaus (not sure of spelling!), 10-year guarantee, FENSA etc company - largish local company.

Could anyone tell me if they thinbk the quote seems reasonable? This company came down from their original quote (£1800) to near-match the cheaper quote we got from a small business.

Thanks - feels like a bit of a minefield! But we have acquired a problem neighbour and suddenly the double-glazing has moved right up the priority list!
