Flooring help please? Quotes for tiles / laminate

Hi we are considering getting our long narrow hall and kitchen tiled. It is in total 19m2.
We were quoted for the reasonably square 9m2 kitchen £262 and £ 300 for the 10m2 hallway which is long and narrow.
This works out at around £30 per m2. This is for labour and adhesive and grout.
Alternatively we were thinking of getting the kitchen tiled and getting laminate in the hall. Does anyone know how much is the average charge for labour for fitting laminate per m2?
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated as would any recommendations for quality trademen in the Dorset area!!
Thanks
